At Noireyours, each release is produced in limited quantities and handled with care. For this reason, orders are generally considered final once they have been placed.Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

At this time, Noireyours does not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• change of mind

• incorrect size selection

• personal preference

All purchases are considered final once an order has been confirmed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

To assist with the review process, please include:

• your order number

• clear photos of the item

• photos of the packaging

After reviewing the request, Noireyours may offer a replacement item or another appropriate resolution where applicable. Requests submitted beyond the stated timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations or order modifications may not always be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before completing checkout.
